My absolute favourite is SunFest which curiously was not even put on this list!!!! London Fringe Festival - a very close second for me.

London Fringe Festivals rocks! You can't find a better festival featuring live plays, independent films and art anywhere around. If anyone out there has been hesistant about going-don't be you are missing out!!!!

My favourite was also SunFest (other) and I wonder if it's not on the list because it has been cancelled. I hope not! It would be great to know what the 'others' are!

Love the Fringe and also Sunfest. So great to dance in the streets. LOLA is also on my favorites list.

I must admit, Sunfest slipped my mind! But, I was trying to think of a variety of festivals (ie. music, children, food, theatre) and wanted to keep the list rather short. I also missed London Beer Fest, Imadon Street Painting Festival, Pride, London Short Film Showcase . . . all great London events!
The London International Children's Festival is my vote because it changed my life. It affirmed my love for the performing arts and showed me that it was possible to follow my dreams and have a job doing something I loved someday. Some of the most compelling and inspiring theatre I have ever seen has been at LICF. London is so lucky to have our own festival for the performing arts for children; our most valuable resource. And I must add that I love the Fringe and LOLA!

Fringe has it all - theatre, visual art and film! Club Fringe (aka Tequila Rose), has hot food and cold beer; what more could you possibly want?

Think the vote was a little rigged given that you polled you own list of people interested in the Fringe Festival

Any poll about London festivals that doesn't include Sunfest is a joke.

The London Fringe Theatre Festival (Ontario) is like that of no other festival! It is London's only festival which showcases cutting edge Theatre, Visual Art, Film, and Spoken Word!
This festival is produced every year (this is year 10) by an extensive staff, who are both friendly and professional. Mostly all of the people (known as Troupers) who help to facilitate the festival, volunteer their time. The "Troupers" and the "Fringers" (ticket buyers) participate in the festival for the love of the "Fringe"!
What is the "Fringe"?
Wouldn't you like to step inside for a moment, and have some fun?...
Well "Step right up, and don't be shy! Because you will not believe your eyes!". Step outside of your world for a moment, and bid yourself a chance to touch your dreams. (You can also attend multiple shows all in a single evening ;) ) I wish you a safe trip back!
Fringe artists and performers are of the most excellent caliber, some travel from parts unknown and from the far recesses of the world (and galaxy :) ). Please, have a seat, and let us entertain you! We are in your immediate atmosphere from, June 18-28th. Then we will disintegrate and rise again, next year!
Who says the majority rules?
There is some really great mainstream art that is part of our culture, however, "if variety if the spice of life" then I am in need of some seasoning! We are so lucky that right here in London, Ontario, that artists and citizens alike have the freedom to chose other alternatives to the mainstream culture that we are presented with on a daily basis.
I dare you to take a bite out of your reality sandwich and taste the elixir of the "Extraordinary"! All are welcome to experience joy at the London Fringe Theatre Festival! Come once, twice, or more than few times ;)
Won't you come over to the other side? ;).............if only for an evening!

I love Home County - wide variety of music, laidback atmosphere, good food, and
Excellent craft booths - and it is free! Can't get any better than that!

the FOLK FESTIVAL is London's finest history in the making,...the root o
f" the sound arts" of our beautiful city.Make one feel right at home!

Home County Folk and Art Festival is by far my all time favorite. For me it is as much about the 150 artists that set up their booths as it is about the music. Where else can you browse through a park dressed up as an art gallery?! Pottery, sculpture, photography, jewellery, textiles, paintings. What more can you ask for?

Love Home County! Really enjoy spending the weekend listening to the great music, shopping for some unique handcrafted items, getting a bite to eat....and no admission charge.

Home County Folk Festival!!! It's been around forever and it's still free! Traditional and contemporary folk and indie music, tons of artisans, and lots of great food. They have a childrens stage AND an open stage, AND other off site events. Plus, they have made a huge effort to make the festival as green as possible!

As yet have not been to Home County but by the high recommendations won't be missing such a fabulous event this year.

Totally Home County! Still free, lots of styles of roots, trad, folk, indie, acoustic, singer songwriter and people who are all performing across Canada. Easy access to the artists, volunteer driven and green. How much better can it get?
It is my favourite festival bar none.

Love Home County's music, food, freedom to roam around and take in the atmosphere. Best of all, I love to watch the people, watching the people! I go every year if possible.
