Do you support the Liberals' bill to halt food per diems for MLAs living close to legislature?

Cancel this per diem. I understand if you don't live in the greater Victoria area a per diem is justified. I would think that $61.00 is a bit over the top. I am thinking they would pocket money from this as well as avoid paying income tax on the per diem.

In my observations it's generally loud mouthed hungry children who become loud mouthed hungry politicians.

If you cancel for some cancel for all, they all get paid enough to pay for their lunch and dinner everyday. Or cut the amount in half and give everyone some, do like all business make it work for all employees. This seems like a waste of time, maybe give that money to the homeless who have less than $60 a month for food, most families do not have $60 a day for their groceries. The government expects them to manage.
