America's annual survey of students shows marijuana use up among Grades 8, 10, & 12 versus 2016. Since Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and the District of Columbia legalized marijuana, past month use of the drug has continued to rise above the national average among youth aged 12 to 17 in all five jurisdictions. A study in Colorado has revealed that about 50% of youth in outpatient substance abuse treatment reported using marijuana. North of the 49th, the conclusions of the Canadian Psychological Association’s task force on the legalization of cannabis verge on devastating.

It depends on what you believe now, like if the federal govt is even able to "protect the kids" as they claim.Seems unlikely when no govt has stopped kids from smoking tobacco outside schools everywhere and enforcing that law(under 16 cigs are illegal). But of course some kid will highlight his/her parents low level commitment to parenting and show up at school with mommy's brownies.Trudeau is a sophomoric and over employed face to a daft culture of his LPC cronies.Nobody outside that bubble believes anything the feds say at this point.
