If they built it people will come. Costco will make money and so will the City of Murrieta and the quality of life in both Murrieta and Temecula will prove.

On all down Scott road on the border line of Murrieta and Menifee right across the Walgreens shopping center their is alot of empty lot spaces for a new Walmart and for other small stores that you can build on.

Am I misunderstanding something about the area in which I live?

In what universe is the Average Household Income $118,070 within 1 mile of this proposed Costco? This information is on page 2 of http://www.westmarcre.com/pdf/brochures/R-The_Vineyard.pdf.

Westmarc Real Estate says Average Household Income
    1 mile: $118,070
    3 miles: $93,487
    5 miles: $95,296

Cars drive into buildings , on the side walks, pedestrians are not safe, traffic is a nightmare all over the world. Can't blame it on anything but the licensed drivers supposedly who are not policed enough and break the rules.

Having businesses start anything that brings jobs and revenue to your city is awesome, if those who complain about traffic continue to shop in Temecula as you do now.

PLEASE RECONSIDER THIS LOCATION. Whitewood has become another freeway!!! The speeding, the loud vehicles, & multiple accidents. The police dept does not enforce the speed limit which has caused it to become a dangerous road for pedestrians & cars. PLEASE give us homeowners a break from noise & CONGESTION!!! Build far from established housing tracts & schools.
