There should be a maximum, size and limit. However dependant on what class it’s this could modulate. Special interest groups just need to give a bit as well, and those with special needs. Special needs referring to difficulties in learning issues. Thier needs require consideration. For those that choose a school because of other reasons should not get more than public school allowances per enrolment.
In other words you get paid by per enrolment,
This will eliminate, some under enrolment schools and over cost.
Not really sorry for my opinion but, all these special interest groups and schools are just becoming.....too much of a burden on the the school system. Regretfully, some may have to close the doors or get self funding from thier special interest groups.
