What is unreasonable is the 24 hour time period - what if you go away for the weekend - invariably it snows heavy on Friday night after you have left. It’s always the first thing we do when we return on Sunday. need realistic expectations (hiring someone to do it is not the answer for everyone)

The city of Winnipeg is responsible for clearing all sidewalks. Calgary could certainly do the same!

We live in winter, we need people to take their own responsibilities regardless - to much hiding under red tape
I don't agree with penalties, fines, responsibilities , other than user take care
