Waste of money, people are less likely to speed in a school zone as anywhere else. The photo radar should be mobile and put on main residential routes where idiots (not on their own block) drive at insane speeds. Not knowing where they’ll show up will make a few more slow down and rip the speeders good!

Photo radar and red light photo punish the owner of the vehicle who may or may not have been driving the car at the time. It is a money grab that does little to stop speeding.

Money grab...doesn't actually change anything...rotate cops through the school zones and get them speeding and texting all at the same time.
