I thought the purpose of a poll was to answer the question & not to critic other people’s comments.

    HEY VANCITY!!!
Oh, I remember you! Were you not part of the Stanley Park 6 a decade or so ago? Yes I do know you are a pig or maybe were a pig and lost your job?
Very well documented! Anybody care to research for themselves please do instead of name calling.
Don’t forget “Vancouver’s Finest” in your search :))

Agreed with the other comments here. He was ask to comply multiple times, security and the police officer went the extra mile to suggest alternatives, and then the man laid a hand on the police officer. He was then taken down by the officer using what I consider reasonable force. What’s the issue?

Honestly, I have a bigger problem with the security guard trying to block the guy filming. She has no right to put her hands on anyone.

Guy doesn’t want to follow the rules BC Place sets, then ban him for 5 years. No one needs a self entitled goof like that douchebag at the game.

Police and trained security with the ability to have handcuffs are trained and regulated. No takedown looks pretty; those who put themsekves in that predicament are usually uncooperative, violent or inebriated. Regardless I have no reason to double guess nor do we have enough information to vote in this pole.

The man was risiting and not listening to staff and police. This is the result. The camera guy was a goof for using names and province should have edited them out.

Well, I can honestly post this... In dealing with Vancouver’s Finest (Sarcasm) for well over 20 years. I suggest this particular fella in the video....
    1) Say Absolutely Nothing To Anybody. AKA (SHUT UP).
    2)Immediately Solicit Counsel(s).
3)You or your counsel contact the office of the police complaint commissioner in Victoria.
4)Pray and With Some Luck when you finally get to appear in front of a BC Supreme Court Justice May it be MR JUSTICE SELWYN ROMILLY :)

    ALlL THE VERY BEST SIR.
