I agree, No paid absence, that teaches people nothing, hit them where it hurts the most, the wallet.

I voted No, because they should take unpaid leaves of absence. Once cleared of the charges, they can receive back pay. Easier than trying to get them to pay back the wages if found guilty and forced to resign.
