Kyrie is nowhere close to being a complete player and is a poor leader. Unfortunately, it will be a step backwards for the team but; yes, they are better off without him in the long run. It’s regrettable that they will likely get nothing in return for this failed experiment. A major blunder by Danny Ainge.

Kyrie is not raising his teamates play, rather hile's placing blame publicly, wether warranted or not.
I think he's causing discomfort on the court and the locker room
