General motors need to play catch-up. For too long they've had built like luster products with terrible interior quality. At this point they should be looking to build sales and customer base instead of what they do most Build profit. Cadillac consistently build product they want to sell instead of building product people want to buy. Everything they make is made to a price point. They should be building cars to a quality point and then accessing the price on it. Take care of nothing about brand loyalty for the people who buy their cars. I actually believe in 10 years general motors will no longer sell cars just systems for other cars and technology.

AS A FORMER ARNOLD PALMER CADILLAC EMPLOYEE, I SUGGEST GM/CADILLAC TRY TO GET A JUMP ON THE MARKET OF THE 1ST CROSSOVER BETWEEN THE XT5 AND THE ESCALADE SUV! I’M IN A CT6 PREMIUM LUXURY NOW AND I MAY EVEN TRY THE XT6 IF THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE RIGHT ON A 39 MONTH LEASE??? GET THE PRICE DOWN CLOSER TO $50,000 BASE AND LET OPTIONS DETERMINE PURCHASE PRICE FROM THERE!!!

GM needs to take a serious look at the other SUVs, such as the Honda Pilot Elite for the features included in the MSRP. GM electronics are outdated, and has very poor mileage compared to other manufacturers, GM must make a system bypass available for the start/stop feature and other electronic features that are imposed on customers.
