Is Argentine Beef Really That Good?

There is a wide spread on quality in Buenos Aires, but the places that have the good grass-fed beef have the best I've tasted. In the papers I have read that the percentage of corn-fed beef in Argentina is increasing, which is worrying.

My taste buds tell me that Argentine beef is much better than the beef in the USA. I'm told that's beacuse the cattle are grass feed. If that's accurate -- fine. I do agree that Argentine restaurants, especially in Buenos Aires should offer sauces or other flavoring options, like Pepper, A-1 and Worcestershire sauce, etc. for everyone who likes just a little extra added to their Rib-eye.

Anyone who thinks Argentine beef needs marinating or sauces should go back to eating at McDonald´s.
    It does not need either.
