How “authentic” is your small group right now?
Not at all - Everyone has their own problems and who wants to hear about mine.
Somewhat - We try to go beyond the surface level, but it’s hard and not everyone shares.
Mostly - We share openly most of the time, but it still isn’t comfortable
Absolutely - We are gut level honest and no subject is taboo.
