Should MPs and "Councillors" be paid for anything?
YES they should get a salary paid by the State
NO they should support themselves, it's they who wanted to be elected
YES they should get strictly allowable expenses in discharging their supposed duties and no more
NO they should have thought about it first: they should support themselves entirely
YES they should get a salary, but paid by their electors by subscription (think about it)
