To what extent has the Bernie Madoff scandal affected your level of trust in financial advisors?

I didn’t trust them before and I don’t trust them now.
It has made me deeply distrustful. Now I don’t know if I can trust anyone.
I am more skeptical now but don’t believe one bad apple spoils the whole barrel.
It hasn’t affected my level of trust.
I didn’t know much about it until I read your article.
