it's okay,but if you want to be the "pure-pure" kind of person with origami,look for another site :)
It would be just a bit grander if written instructions accompanied the download. The video is instructive but if the download was accompanied with text that would be awesome.

yea ...the videos are to slow....
it's a nice website. But most people cheat by adding tape, glue, using scissors, and many other wrong things.
