Just wondering if, maybe insted of employing a "harbor master" maybe somerset should hire a harbor master who could handle both tasks

Yes I think should work on getting theese waterways open for shellfishing. I can rember growing up on the Coles river and having a work skiff of my own going quahoging and clamming. It was a great pastime and put food on the family table. There is nothing like having a fresh native clam boil at your feet . Good old Coles River steamers mmmmm good!!!
