It's plain old stupid to stick this in the middle of a dense urban neighborhood. The economy shouldn't affect that reality.

The biiggest thing to get over hear is fear itself. Because once it is here which it will.... its a matter of time. You will carry on with your life as if nothing happened 5 years from the time it is installed. Those who really do not want LNG are the realtestate holders along the river and the boaters. The previlidge ones. The majority of the people of Fall River if they new the benefits of this project (employment and tax wise) they would vote yes. The problem is the lower educated people often do not read the HN online. So this poll is biased anyway.

The fight against this ill concieved project has been going on for over five years. The councilman has supported the fight against this project by voting with the city council on appropriations to do this. Huh? The biggest problem for this project is the enormous amount potential energy that can be released.

The results of this poll have been reset. The poll originally allowed people to vote multiple times. It now should allow only one vote per computer. Feel free to vote again. (Once.) We apologize for the inconvenience. -- The HN
