Brandability to me is most important but has to be quality (like SciFi.com) not nonsense (like SyFy.com). ;-)
Interesting poll results - brandability/keywords/extension seem to be most domainers (mine included) requirements.
Traffic & Backlinks can always be generated by building a web site around the name - not to sell the web site - but to make it easier to sell the name once the site gets established.
