What are your thoughts on pay-as-you-throw?

We need it. It's worth paying extra for bags.

All trash pickup should be paid for by the town. It's a hidden tax!

The town should vote on it.

My home is fully organic and everything is recycled, composted and made from environmentally friendly fair trade goods anyway.
