As far as I'm concerned I think that case-studies are everytime a really good read.

As in for them to use against designer decisions or to use to back up designer decisions to clinets?
Case studies are excellent ammunition for clients. It's much easier to back up decisions by saying "Here, this study proves it" than by saying "Well lots of other web sites are making their pages look like this."

Case studies are excellent ammunition for clients. It's much easier to back up decisions by saying "Here, this study proves it" than by saying "Well lots of other web sites are making their pages look like this."
