• yes, I follow just about everyone who follows me (other than obvious spammers)

• yes, I'll give every one who follows me a courtesy follow-later I'll use Tweet Deck to filter out their noise

• no, if they want to follow me, that is there business, if I don't want to follow them, that's mine

• no, indeed its more rude to say you will follow someone when I have no intention of doing so
