I do. Right at the very top of my blog design. It let's your users know if you are still active and shows them what's on your mind. Infact I specifically started using Twitter again - after about a year of inactiveness - so that I could show it on my blog.
I'd say it depends on what the site is. I know I have no plans to do something like that with Best Web Image, but if I was heavily marketing something I might consider it. Though I have a twitter account, and even developed the twitter toolbar, http://www.bestwebimage.com/web-services-and-tools/twitter-toolbar-10/ I think Twitter will have a limited life span of fame.

I voted NO... However, that is due to the fact that the website & blog I am with are team sites, and my twitter account is my own personal account.
In my case, I didn't see it as appropriate. But if you're on your own, I'd say it is a good addition. What about you Rob?
