What do you think the Vancouver restaurant industry needs?
More exposure on specialty food shops - butchers, organics, local, homemade - in every neighbourhood.
More cocktail and high-end "hang out bars" that focus on quality not quantity.
More "faster food" joints - dining for less then $20 a person.
More exposure for those that create something special in the city - local coffee shops, mixologists, innovators, up-and-coming chefs, etc...
