Not very helpful. Just pointed in the general direction for items that were complex to find. More interested in restocking then to assist customers. This visit was not my first but it will be my last.
I was in the store last summer, and someone had spilled paint on the floor in one of the aisles, after nearly walking into the pool of paint on the floor I let the clerk at the front desk know and he's like "yeah yeah we know" and proceeded to do nothing about it. After that I could see a number of people accidentally walking into the spilled paint and getting it on their shoes. Clerks there = unhelpful morons.
The tall service clerk (who usually wears black from head to toe) verbally abused me. He was extremely argumentative and confrontational. This man has an anger problem and should not be dealing with customers.
