Actually, I'd prefer choice "c". Keep the system as is, where stupid consumers subsidize cash back rewards for us "no-balance types". I like getting 3 to 5 percent off of my purchases. I'd feel guilty, but heck, I might as well profit from the typical brain-dead American consumer that's too stupid to spend less than they earn.
