• Castiel telling Dean they have to meet somewhere more private than inside his head -- "Someone could be listening."

• Jimmy plunging his hand into a pot of boiling water.

• The demon neighbor smilingly telling Jimmy he was going to gut his daughter in front of him.

• Sam rubbing demon's blood on his gums, getting increasingly twitchy as his stash ran low.

• Claire breaking the salt line because they thought Jimmy was crazy... when we knew he wasn't

• Dean telling Sam he didn't care about the demon blood -- he was too tired, he gave up.
