• He is what he says he is: the same Locke but with focus and purpose.

• Locke thinks he's the same man, but "something" happened when he came back to the island.

• He's possessed by a third party impersonating Locke in order to finish Jacob off for good.

• I was too busy waiting for Kate to say she was coming to the cabin as well to make an educated guess.
