I think the FCC's regulation of indecent speech should

• be scrapped entirely because it's a violation of 1st Amendment right to freee sheech.

• prohibit even single utterences of indecent speech (i.e., sanction stations for "fleeting expletives."

• go back to the way it was before the "fleeting expletive" and only sanction "willful and repeated" indecent speach.
