My husband and I have gone through heck and back and although we are working on cleaning up our credit we are now in a situation where we would be better of trying to get a loan to pay off our debt and make one monthly payment than to make a dozen payments. Do you have any suggestions? We have tried the payday loans only to end up in more financial trouble. HELP!!!

I got myself in a jam. Started back in 7/2003, as a juvie probation officer and prog coordinator our non profit co. lost the contract and i lost my job, had an extended unemployment due to living outside of town. Went to Fla. got my cdl and started a new career as a bus driver for Disney. Came back to co due to grandchild with downs needed my help. I just got through the breast cancer trip. I am in the middle of filing a bankcruptcy due to a divorce but i do have a good job. My bankcruptcy will be finalized by December or January. My question is I don't want to wait for two to three years to get a FHA loan and I want to buy a home that cost $100,000 and able to come up with 40% down by December or January.
