I enjoy a can of red salmon,placed on top of a bed of leafy greans,or just by itself. I enjoy a squeeze of lemon juice to add to the taste,and some pepper sprinkled on. This can go into a sandwich but if watching my calories will use low cal mayo,with lemon juice and skip the bread. I eat the bones for calcium,unless I am serving the salmon to guests.
