How do you stay green?

• Recycle (“What report card?”)

• Conserving water (While you’re waiting for the shower water to warm up, collect it in a bucket to use for watering the garden.)

• Reuse (A good excuse to borrow your sister/brother/friends' clothes)

• Conserve energy (In the daytime, open the curtains to let in natural light. At night, turn off the lights as you leave the room.)

• Bike/bus/walk to school

• Plant a tree/flower/or any other kind of plant for your yard/neighborhood/world

• Decline a plastic bag at the store after you’ve bought something.
