Which giant robot is the greatest of them all?

• Megatron - leader of the evil Decepticons, he's spiny, alien, and has that awesome arm blaster which can suck power from black holes.

• Optimus Prime - leader of the good Autobots, he can fight Megatron and turn into a truck.

• Giant Robo - In the Japanese movie and TV series, he protected Johnny Sakko and had missile fingers along with a pyramid skull!

• The Iron Giant - he's just a nice guy from outer space, but he looks so scary that the government wants to steal him from his young friend.

• Gort - he was big in the 1950s "Day the Earth Stood Still," but enormous in the remake, capable of breaking down into a swarm of nanobots. Either way, awesome, right?

• Robots from "Robot Jox" - antiwar machines (???) controlled by people inside them, these bots do everything, including make penis jokes. Bonus: The movie was written by scifi great Joe Haldeman.

• Giant robot fighters in MechAssault games - Get inside your mega mech armor, and smash the shit out of stuff. Yeah.

• Ultron - he's not giant, but he can be massive. One time he created an entire robot army made entirely out of himself. And he also turned Iron Man into a woman by hacking the Iron Suit.

• The Harvester from Terminator 4 - It's huge, plucks people up into a scary cage, carries sentient motorcycles in its thighs, and makes a scary "rrrrm rrrrrm" sound.

• The K1 robot from Doctor Who - Spawned by a secret "Think Tank" project, K1 goes on a killing rampage after being misled by its evil programmers. Luckily Sarah Jane is nice to it and saves the day.
