I am the Operations Manager for the Contact Center at Telamon Corporation and I have been at Telamon since December of 1999. I have been doing Operations Management of some type since 1992. First for the US Army in Germany as an Electrical Engineer and QA/QC Specialist, then as a Mechanical Engineer and Manager for a small family owned automated machinery manufacturer in Indianapolis called Advanced Automation Creative Concepts.
