What is biggest challenge with your CRM System?

• Very difficult to use, UI and/or workflows are too complicated

• Does not provide the reports I need to understand my business

• I am on the road and cannot easily use with my mobile device

• It does not integrate with all the systems we use, must enter data more than once

• Overall lack of internal processes driving the need for CRM

• Adds no value to the sales team
