Judging from the comments on other age-related threads, most Consumerist readers, or at least commenters, are still young enough that they can't envision themselves out of work because of advanced age. Too bad I'll be too dead by the time they reach my age to laugh at their naivete. Corporate lawyers are wizard at laying off the perfect mix of old to young, female to male, minority to white, etc to risk any discrimination suits.
