• unacceptable in a recession. It will hurt businesses and keep me from going downtown.

• understandable, especially with state revenue for transportation projects on the decline. I don't like it, but I can handle it. And it probably won't hurt downtown that much.

• another reason to use a park & ride and get downtown by MAX.

• one more reason I will ride my bicycle downtown.
