I think speed (camera app launch, and capture) and mobile features like GPS tagging and sharing are key. There is nothing worse than having a decent camera phone in your pocket and then it takes nearly 15 seconds to open shutter, load app, focus and capture, then the subject is gone :(
XENON FLASH! LED Flashes are nice for video but for indoor night photography, xenon can't be beat. Look at the N82, best camera phone nokia (or anybody) has ever made and it is pushing 2 years. Why no compromise. Put a Xenon for photos and LED for video.
