I am not sure how you set your blog up but the only sure way to keep the troll armies from shutting you down with TOS, is to get some open source software and install it on your own hosting service. You won't drive alot of traffic from your own sharing site but that does not sound like what you want. Sounds like you just need a safe sharing location to store the videos that people link to from your blog. You do not need alot of bandwidth or storage like LiveLeak and Youtube offer.
Kaltura, PHPmotion, Plumi are examples. It is a little extra work to get these things configured but YOU are then in control. If money is a concern pick one that has a good support forum.
Some like Kaltura even has a Drupal module so you could build your whoe site in Drupal.
