As much as I want to see C2 get off the ground, I'm going to have to go with the more solid Fresh Arts.

PhillipCares Foundation is a new not-for-profit in Houston supporting children. Our mission is to give children access to a world class education, to support their interests in the arts and to build a LEED Platinum school. Please visit us at www.phillipcaresfoundation.org to learn more about us. We are looking for support, please help us help others. We will be holding our inaugural gala in November this year.

Every one of these seems deserving, but I and a great amount of my friends will be pouring many hours into the cause for Extra Life, to help cure kids with cancer, so that's where my vote's going. Let's keep it rolling!

Please consider writing in Neighborhood Centers Inc. - we're the largest human services org that ONLY serves Greater Houston. We've been around for 103 years and if you haven't heard of us, hopefully you soon will. This year we are desperately trying to meet new Houston supporters that may not realize the likelihood that one of our 58 community centers, schools or senior centers are in their community. Find us on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, you name it! We'll be happy to answer any questions about what we do and how we help individuals live up to their full potential.
