• Look, we've already spent nearly $2 billion on the most advanced executive transport in the world. Keep the program going and field the ones ready now.

• I agree with Murtha. Let's keep the ones we've got and recompete the program with new, more sane requirements and see who comes out on top.

• Keeping the nine in the pipeline for the sake of saving money is counterintuitive. Think how much more money will be spent to test, evaluate and maintain them. Call it a loss and start fresh.
