Simple... Twitter as I follow so many design sites/bloggers etc! I read an article the other day that internet users are using twitter over google for searching for newer/fresher content. Twitter is becoming a search engine in it's own right due to the content being contributed by actual people and trends as opposed to an algorithm search engine! Twitter might not have as much content but you know it's going to be fresh and probably posted in the last 2 yrs.
I go to Flickr, designmeltdown,com, smashingmagazine.com, webdesignerwall.com, computerarts.co.uk

Can't believe I left out smashingmagazine.com - yes, I go there often.
I use www.feedmyapp.com - well categorize thumbs of web 2.0 apps, products, services. Some really great work and nice inspirations.
well, Twitter give me the best advantage. I just follow some design mags or blog or the designer him/her self, and the news will come handy.
i must say dig and stumpleupon are things of the past for me... its now up to twitter and delicious to get me started!
deviantART. surprised its not an option here..Also twitter.
I use deviantart.com. They have a great selection of inspiring work for all types of media too, not just web design.
