I have visited many restaurants in my 25 plus years of service to the USAF, and I must say that Sweeney's Seafood is the BEST in food and customer service that I have encountered in all my travels. Without a doubt, Ron Sweeney and his entire staff take great pride in providing top quality food and an atmosphere that would make anyone feel as if they are at home with friends and relatives...my wife and I ALWAYS feel welcomed at Sweeney's Seafood. Rene' and Ron, GREAT job on the new Hush Puppies, and Doug (the bartender) makes the most awesome Margarita's in the world!

Sweeney's has the freshest seafood and some of the best tasting seafood I have had in Ohio. Being from Florida and use to getting fresh seafood, it is a delight to head to Sweeney's Seafood when I am back up in Ohio

Jay's Seafood is the best in Dayton, Best Food, Best Wine, Best Atmosphere, Best Service!!!!!
The food is great and the dinners are very reasonably priced. Also, the Bar has legitimate drinks with a very friendly atmosphere.
Sweeney's has the best raw oysters in Dayton. They are a good size and taste very fresh.
