I did not encounter any problems with my Paypal transaction. I too had more than 1 book in my shopping cart, but this was due to the fact that I clicked the link more than once, and every time it adds another book.
I tried to pay with Paypal but when I was redirected, I got the message that my payment was already done, without even being logged in. So I hit back to the store, chose the Credit Card method and everything went just fine.
I tried to pre order but the it said "reference wurde bereits verwendet", "Reference already used" apparently???

When I hit "Force Shop View" to Portugal, nothing happens...
Portugal only appears if I hit "Force Shop View" to Spain or France (and probably others in Europe)
How about revealing the table of contents? The short description of chapters is nice but before buying any book I always look at the TOC to see if it's interesting enough.

When I hit continue on the Payment Information for VISA, I am redirected to a page that says "reference wurde bereits verwendet." in the upper right corner. Nothing happens after that.

'Greece' is not listed in the countries, the book is posted to!

everything works fine on my part! I think I'm the 20th person to pre-order based on my transaction number. I'm really excited to get the book!
