How do you feel about unpaid internships?

• Fair! I think unpaid internships are a fair way to provide experience to the intern in exchange for work product to the employer.

• Completely unfair! I think unpaid internships rob interns of compensation they have earned. Employers should be ashamed. The lack of benefits, pay, and appreciation for interns is appalling.

• I'm unsure. I can see the benefits of unpaid internships, but I tend to think they could be designed to provide interns with some compensation for their work or at least more flexibility.
