What should the IRL do with its record book?
They should only count IRL stats from 1996 forward.
They should include AAA and USAC stats with the IRL, but leave out CART/Champ Car since they both raced at the same time.
They should include all US open-wheel stats from the past one-hundred years, regardless who the sanctioning body was.
They shouldn't keep records. They are ALL winners.
