i dont agree with 'k' it looks horrible on the skinny person she doesnt fill it out and in these pictures miley obviously looks better.
this is so stupid that oceanup keeps posting these. it is obvious that a model looks better in it. the are a MODEL. dresses and clothing fall better on skinny tall people. FACTTT!!!!!.
Much as I'm not a fan of Miley's, she fills out the dress much better. I've never been a fan of the flat-chested-on-purpose, nearly-anorexic look.
