It seems that Kate is obvously more savy. Jon doesnt have the self drive to go out and get speaking jobs etc like Kate. He looks like he is on something have the time, and he has a difficult time putting his thoughts into words where he doesn't sound like a dufus. Lets face it, she's good at talking, and if it is making her money thats a plus. If any of us had those opportunities, I am sure we'd jump at the chance. Most of us don't come close to even making the money they do from 1 episode in a year. I'd do what I had to to make sure I could support those kids as best as possible. Making their gripes public is pathetic but it is making them both money isn't it.. Sad yes
Its not like jon was not going to benefit from all her travels. She made money for all of them. Not that i agree with her leaving the kids alot.
