This is unquestionably an "end run" around normal procedures. These
czars do not go through the normal Senate Confirmation hearings and
therefore are not subjected to normal vetting processes. I believe this
is a deliberate move by the Administration and I suspect that if they were
vetted under normal conditions, there would be many including Vann Jones
who would never be approved.

He is not for the type of country that we all grew up with. I love my country but I think that Obama and his cronies should all go before it is too late.
Here we go again. So we vote that the so called "Green" Czar should not keep his job...What good does it do? Obama's going to keep all the Communists and Radicals in power and next to him because he can. He will not fire any of them! No matter what we the people think or say, it doesn't seem to mean a thing to the President of these United States. It's a pity, our country is going to hell in a hand basket. Jones himself is a communist, and he is not alone, many of the those that are part of the current administration are believers in Hegelian based systems (Socialism, Communism, Progressivism), many in this administration participated in meetings with the Party of European socialists in 2003, 2007, and 2008. and this is documented on the PES website.

Are we to believe that Obama did not know of the radical views of Van Jones? Just like he never heard the racist preachings of Rev. Wright were he sat and listened for 20 years. I hope that people wake up and realize that we have elected a man who does not even like this country. He is surrounding himself with people who have the same views. Obama took an oath to protect and defend our constitution. He is doing just the opposite and has no regard for our constitution. All Czars need to go, congress needs to be totally cleaned out and ANY healthcare reform legislation, be it Obamacare or any other version needs to be defeated if we want to preserve our rights as citizens and our Constitution. Our country is currently in grave danger.

Putting politics aside we are discussing a representative of the United States of America - which means US. No one in this position should have a history of such radical behavior. Others, including our 'friends' are looking and listening. Our congress should no longer live in Washington, DC. Instead, they should attend virtual congressional meetings while living and working, day to day, in their own districts. I am appalled that the WH leadership either didn't look into even the most recent past of Van Jones before they hired him -OR- they DID know and still thought this radical should work for them and didn't think this would get out. And I still can't believe how often the race card is still being played by GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, the so-called mature, wise, and level-headed leaders of our nation in all branches and levels of government. I am not naive to think that there isn't still ignorant bigots out there, but for crying out loud, we're almost a decade into the 21st century, why can't we as a nation get past this.
One of the reasons I am so proud to be in the military is I have never in seven years of service seen even a hint of racism. I've served overseas with whites, blacks, hispanics, asians, native Americans, Christians, Jews and Muslims, all who were looking out for each other.
