I like your photos. It's good experience for you and for that matter the reader (therefore not pointless:).
If you have more photos that you can't or don't want to include there are websites you can link to see them. J uses both collages and Picasa web albums at NalleyNews.
And I'm not a fan of Facebook (but I may be forced to use it).
